This 10-day safari provides a rich mix of wildlife, cultural immersion, and beautiful landscapes across Kenya’s most iconic safari destinations. From rhino conservation in Ol Pejeta to the Great Wildebeest Migration in the Maasai Mara, each day offers unique adventures and unforgettable memories.
Your safari adventure begins at 7:30 am when you meet your guide in Nairobi. After boarding your custom safari vehicle, you’ll head north towards Ol Pejeta Conservancy. Along the way, you’ll pass the majestic Mount Kenya, and as you approach the conservancy, the landscape shifts to rolling plains dotted with trees. Upon arrival, a warm welcome and delicious lunch await.
Ol Pejeta is renowned for its successful rhino conservation efforts and is home to over 150 black rhinos and 40+ southern white rhinos. After settling in, you’ll embark on your first game drive, where your expert guide will share stories and insights into the area’s wildlife. The day concludes with a peaceful evening under the starry African sky, followed by dinner at your lodge.
Start early for a morning game drive, giving you the chance to see predators like cheetahs, lions, and leopards. You’ll also encounter elephants, giraffes, zebras, and more. A highlight of the day is a visit to the Sweet waters Chimpanzee Sanctuary, where you’ll learn about the efforts to rescue and rehabilitate chimps from the illegal wildlife trade.
After lunch, you’ll venture out again for an afternoon game drive, and possibly meet the last two northern white rhinos, Najin and Fatu, whose survival depends on ongoing conservation efforts. In the evening, opt for a nocturnal game drive to witness predators hunting under the cover of night.
After an early morning game drive in Ol Pejeta, you’ll head to Lake Nakuru National Park, famous for its stunning pink flamingos. After a scenic drive, enjoy lunch upon arrival, followed by leisure time at the lodge.
Lake Nakuru is also home to diverse wildlife, including rhinos, lions, leopards, and hyenas. The lake itself is filled with thousands of flamingos, and the area is known for its abundant birdlife, including pelicans and various waterfowl.
Rise early for a game drive in Lake Nakuru, where you may spot lions, cheetahs, leopards, and black rhinos. After returning to the lodge for breakfast, you’ll set out for the famous Masai Mara National Reserve, a journey of approximately 300 km.
Upon arrival, settle into your lodge and enjoy an afternoon game drive. Maasai Mara is known for its vast savannah, rich wildlife, and the indigenous Maasai people who call this area home.
Start early for an exciting day of game drives in the Masai Mara. The reserve is home to a high density of predators, including lions, hyenas, leopards, and cheetahs. The area also boasts an abundance of prey species like giraffes, buffalo, wildebeest, and zebras.
You can pack a picnic lunch to maximize your time in the park, and after a full day of exploration, return to your accommodation for dinner and rest.
Another thrilling day of game viewing awaits you in the Maasai Mara. The area is home to the Great Wildebeest Migration, where millions of wildebeests cross the plains from July to October. This chaotic spectacle often attracts predators such as lions and hyenas.
Your guide will share updates with fellow guides to ensure you don’t miss any exciting wildlife sightings. After a day full of adventure, return to your lodge for a well-deserved dinner and rest.
Before leaving Maasai Mara, take the option of visiting a Maasai homestead to learn about the Maasai people’s way of life. Then, head to Lake Naivasha, a tranquil lakeside destination surrounded by scenic beauty.
After arriving and settling into your accommodation, enjoy a boat cruise around the lake, observing birds, hippos, and crocodiles. Later, take a leisurely stroll around Crescent Island, a peaceful haven for wildlife.
In the morning, visit Hell’s Gate National Park, where you can explore on foot or by bike. The park is known for its unique landscapes, including geothermal vents, gorges, and towering rock formations. Wildlife here includes buffalo, zebra, and various antelopes.
In the afternoon, continue to Amboseli National Park, arriving late in the day. If time permits, enjoy a short game drive in this stunning park, famous for its views of Mount Kilimanjaro.
Start the day early with a game drive, where you’ll have a chance to see Africa’s famous elephants in their natural habitat. The park is also home to lions, leopards, cheetahs, hyenas, and wild dogs.
Enjoy a picnic lunch while keeping an eye out for the many bird species that populate the area. Amboseli is a UNESCO World Heritage site, offering some of the best safari experiences in Africa.
On your final day, enjoy one last game drive before breakfast, as you reflect on the unforgettable safari experiences. Then, head back to Nairobi, completing the loop around southern and central Kenya.
You’ll arrive in Nairobi by early afternoon, with options for a hotel or airport drop-off.

I just completed my 4-day trip to Mount Kenya and I’m very satisfied with all the services provided. I received excellent assistance throughout the entire process, from start to finish. I would strongly recommend choosing them if you’re planning a trip to Kenya—I would definitely choose them again if I return.Posted on Ajith Vasudevan2025.03.03.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. After screening and talking to about 5 travel operators, I decided to go with Nature Romp for an 8 day safari in Kenya, in Feb 2025. Their rate was competitive and selection of lodges to stay very good. Initially I was skeptical due to less reviews about Nature Romp in public domain. However when I talked to Yvonne, I understood that theirs is a fairly new company and I decided to go with them. We (my daughter and I) opted for a private tour covering Masai Mara, Nakuru and Amboseli. We were received at the Nairobi airport and the next day early morning Yvonne, Lucy and Maxwell (guide cum driver) welcomed us at the hotel, prior to starting the safari. We instantly felt at home and from then onwards it was a positive experience all the time. Our guide Maxwell is an excellent guide. He knew about birds and animals, their behavior and diligent in driving (safe driving). He was always on time. If i had to do anything differently, its only about selecting the stay option at one place (Naivasha). Although the accommodation was very good, it was pretty far from the National park. Drawing the route map and time to take to this palace would have helped me giving an additional 4 hours for bird photography. Thank you Yvonne and Maxwell. I surely plan to do another safari with Nature Romp in 2026Posted on Charles Otieno2024.11.26.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. initially asked for 3 quotations for my 7-days safari in Kenya (Masai Mara-Amboseli-Nakuru-Naivasha). All 3 tours companies replied me right away but Ms Yvonne Ateka from Nature Romp Safaris was by far the most outstanding and patient in answering dozens of my questions concerning visa, safety, accommodation, preparation, etc… She was also extremely flexible in helping me changing my safari schedule due to my unexpected 2-days delay at transit airport New Delhi. The entire tour was fascinating!!! It was the very best trip I’ve ever had (I’ve travelled 30+ countries so far)! Kenyan nature and wildlife is breathtakingly beautiful even more than I’ve imagined before… Freddy was very caring, knowledgeable and a super offroad driver. Thank you so much again Yvonne & Freddy for making my trip in Kenya a great experience! I would wholeheartedly recommend you guys for all my friends travelling to you amazing country!Posted on Paola2024.03.09.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
