Day By Day Itinerary

  • Day 1: Nairobi to Samburu – Into the Northern Wild (Flight Time: Approx. 1 hour 20 minutes)

    Kick off your African odyssey with a morning transfer to Wilson Airport, Nairobi’s gateway to the skies of the wild. Board your light aircraft safari flight north to Samburu National Reserve, soaring over the EwasoNyiro River and northern rift valleys.

    Touch down in Samburu’s rugged heartland, where you’ll be greeted by your expert guide and driven to your lodge or tented camp with en-route wildlife sightings of elephants, oryx, and dik-diks.After a hearty bush-style welcome lunch, head out for your first afternoon game drive, exploring Samburu’s dramatic red-dust landscapes and tracking down rare species.     Upon arrival, your driver will transfer you to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your international flight, or to your Nairobi hotel, depending on your travel plans.
