Whether you’re spotting the Big Five, visiting Maasai villages, or witnessing the awe-inspiring sunrise over the savanna, this safari offers an immersive and unforgettable adventure.
Safari Highlights:
Your African safari adventure begins at 7:30 am when we pick you up from your hotel, residence, or the airport, starting the journey towards the world-famous Masai Mara. On the way, you’ll have the opportunity to observe the beautiful Kenyan countryside, passing through villages, vast plains, and stunning mountain views.
We will stop for a traditional Kenyan lunch before continuing to Masai Mara. Upon arrival, you’ll immediately embark on your first thrilling game drive, where you can start spotting the abundant wildlife. From elephants and lions to baboons and buffalo, the park’s diverse inhabitants will offer you your first glimpses of Africa’s wild animals.
As dusk sets in, you’ll be taken to your accommodation for dinner and rest, preparing for an exciting full day of safari the following day.
After an early breakfast, you’ll head into the heart of the Masai Mara, a land shared by the Maasai people and a plethora of wildlife. During the morning game drive, your guide will assist in spotting iconic animals, including the Big Five—lions, elephants, buffalo, rhinos, and leopards—along with other fascinating species that inhabit this incredible park.
Lunch will be a picnic in the park, after which you’ll have the chance to visit a traditional Maasai village. Here, you’ll experience their vibrant culture, greeted with traditional songs and dances, and explore their homes and way of life. (Optional activity, with an extra fee of $20 per person).
In the evening, you’ll be taken back to your accommodation for dinner and a restful night.
An early rise gives you the opportunity to experience the savanna in the soft light of dawn. After your game drive, enjoy breakfast before heading toward the Isbania border, where you’ll cross into Tanzania.
As you drive through the scenic Tanzanian countryside towards the Ikoma Gate of Serengeti National Park, you’ll have a game drive en route, giving you the chance to spot animals on your journey. Upon arrival at your lodge or camp, you can relax with a delicious dinner before resting for the night.
Today, you have the option to choose between a full-day game drive or a morning game drive followed by a break and an afternoon/evening game drive. Both options will provide ample time to witness the incredible wildlife of the Serengeti, including the Big Five, zebras, giraffes, hippos, cheetahs, and much more.
Lunch will be served at your accommodation if you opt for the morning and evening safari or as a picnic in the park if you decide to explore for the full day. After your game drive, you’ll return to your camp or lodge for dinner.
After breakfast, you’ll begin your journey to the Ngorongoro Crater. Along the way, you can visit the historic Olduvai Gorge, an archaeological site known for its significance in the study of early humans (extra fee of $45 per person).
Lunch will be served as a picnic during the journey, and upon reaching Ngorongoro Crater, you’ll embark on an afternoon game drive. This unique, biodiverse area is home to a variety of animals, including buffalo, wildebeest, zebras, waterbucks, and gazelles, all within the stunning caldera.
You’ll spend the night at your chosen accommodation either inside or on the rim of the crater, with dinner served at the lodge.
Start your day with breakfast before heading to Lake Manyara, passing through the breathtaking Great African Rift Valley. Lunch will be served picnic-style along the way, surrounded by nature.
Lake Manyara is known for its alkaline waters and lush surroundings, creating a different atmosphere compared to previous parks. The abundant tree cover may allow you to spot the park’s famous tree-climbing lions. Other wildlife, including baboons, elephants, and hippos, can also be seen here.
In the evening, you’ll return to your accommodation for dinner and rest.
After breakfast, you’ll leave Lake Manyara and head to Arusha for a lunch break, marking the end of your safari in Tanzania. From here, you’ll cross the Namanga border back into Kenya and proceed to Amboseli National Park, famous for its views of Mount Kilimanjaro.
On your way to your accommodation, you’ll be taken on a short game drive, where you can spot the iconic wildlife of Amboseli. Dinner will be served at your lodge or camp.
After breakfast, you’ll set out for a day of exploration across Amboseli, with your expert guide helping you track and identify the many species that inhabit the park. The highlight of the park is its population of elephants, along with zebras, giraffes, lions, and hippos.
Lunch will be served picnic-style in the park, giving you a chance to take in the sights and sounds of the African savanna. After a full day of safari, return to your accommodation for dinner and an evening of relaxation.
On your final day of safari, you’ll wake early to watch the sun rise over the plains, with the snow-capped peak of Mount Kilimanjaro in the distance. This is your last opportunity to enjoy the incredible wildlife of Africa before departing.
After your final game drive, you’ll begin your journey back to Nairobi, where you’ll enjoy a traditional lunch on the way. Upon arrival in Nairobi, your safari experience concludes, and you can request a drop-off at your hotel, residence, or the airport, depending on your travel plans.

I just completed my 4-day trip to Mount Kenya and I’m very satisfied with all the services provided. I received excellent assistance throughout the entire process, from start to finish. I would strongly recommend choosing them if you’re planning a trip to Kenya—I would definitely choose them again if I return.Posted on Ajith Vasudevan2025.03.03.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. After screening and talking to about 5 travel operators, I decided to go with Nature Romp for an 8 day safari in Kenya, in Feb 2025. Their rate was competitive and selection of lodges to stay very good. Initially I was skeptical due to less reviews about Nature Romp in public domain. However when I talked to Yvonne, I understood that theirs is a fairly new company and I decided to go with them. We (my daughter and I) opted for a private tour covering Masai Mara, Nakuru and Amboseli. We were received at the Nairobi airport and the next day early morning Yvonne, Lucy and Maxwell (guide cum driver) welcomed us at the hotel, prior to starting the safari. We instantly felt at home and from then onwards it was a positive experience all the time. Our guide Maxwell is an excellent guide. He knew about birds and animals, their behavior and diligent in driving (safe driving). He was always on time. If i had to do anything differently, its only about selecting the stay option at one place (Naivasha). Although the accommodation was very good, it was pretty far from the National park. Drawing the route map and time to take to this palace would have helped me giving an additional 4 hours for bird photography. Thank you Yvonne and Maxwell. I surely plan to do another safari with Nature Romp in 2026Posted on Charles Otieno2024.11.26.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. initially asked for 3 quotations for my 7-days safari in Kenya (Masai Mara-Amboseli-Nakuru-Naivasha). All 3 tours companies replied me right away but Ms Yvonne Ateka from Nature Romp Safaris was by far the most outstanding and patient in answering dozens of my questions concerning visa, safety, accommodation, preparation, etc… She was also extremely flexible in helping me changing my safari schedule due to my unexpected 2-days delay at transit airport New Delhi. The entire tour was fascinating!!! It was the very best trip I’ve ever had (I’ve travelled 30+ countries so far)! Kenyan nature and wildlife is breathtakingly beautiful even more than I’ve imagined before… Freddy was very caring, knowledgeable and a super offroad driver. Thank you so much again Yvonne & Freddy for making my trip in Kenya a great experience! I would wholeheartedly recommend you guys for all my friends travelling to you amazing country!Posted on Paola2024.03.09.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
