DAY 1: NAIROBI-MARA
Jambo! Karibu Kenya!
Upon arrival you will be warmly met by Nature Romp Safaris Driver/ Guide who shall receive you at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. Pick up from Airport/Hotel/residence and depart for the Masai Mara Game Reserve, via the view-point of the Great Rift Valley and Narok town for lunch. On arrival proceed for a game drive, tracking various animal species and birds with your driver/guide. Dinner and overnight at lodge/camp.
DAY 2: MASAI MARA FULL DAY
After breakfast proceeds on a full day of game viewing within the reserve. The landscape here is scenic savannah grassland on undulating rolling hills scenery. The reserve is the best park for game in Kenya as it has an extensive road track network that allows for close-range viewing and photography. Break for your picnic lunch beside a hippo pool, looking out for hippos and crocodiles. Dinner and overnight at the lodge/ Camp.
DAY 3: MASAI MARA- NAKURU
Early morning pre-breakfast game drive. After breakfast, depart the Mara region for Nakuru, lunch en-route, with scenic views of Mt. Longonot and Lake Naivasha from afar on the main highway. Dinner and overnight at the camp/lodge
DAY 4: LAKE NAKURU – LAKE NAIVASHA
After breakfast, proceed on a game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park, famous for its birdlife, which
comprises of the flamingos. This wildlife park also is a sanctuary for the endangered white and black
rhinos. You can find the tree-climbing lions here, the buffalos and zebras around the shorelines. Later
you will exit the park. Depart and drive towards Lake Naivasha. Arrive in time for lunch and check in at your hotel. In the afternoon you have the option to enjoy a boat ride to see the Hippos in this freshwater lake and visit Crescent Island at an extra cost . This sanctuary hosts Herbivores like the Zebra, Wildebeest, Giraffe, and Hippo. Or Decide to have afternoon game drive at hells gate National Park. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.. Dinner and overnight at lodge/ Camp.
DAY 5: NAIVASHA – AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK
After breakfast, we have a nature walk in the hell’s gate national park – we will exit the park later, get lunch on the way as we drive to Amboseli national park. Dinner and overnight at lodge/ Camp.
DAY 6: AMBOSELI FULL DAY
A full day of game drives in this park will showcase the large numbers of wildlife easily found bathing in the swamps found here. Amboseli National park gives a beautiful safari experience and breath-taking scenery as you watch the elephants and buffalos roam at the base of Mt Kilimanjaro. Apart from the elephants; you will also encounter cheetahs, Zebras, hyenas, and many others. You will have your picnic lunch in a shade in the park and then continue with the afternoon game-viewing. When the clouds clear off in the evening, you can see the snow-capped peaks of Mount Kilimanjaro. Later you will head back to the lodge/camp for dinner and overnight.
DAY 7: AMBOSELI – ARUSHA
Early morning game viewing and then return to the camp for a hot breakfast. Later we will drive to the Namanga border, where your shuttle will meet you for your transfer to Arusha. Upon arrival, you will be dropped off at Christina house , booked on bed and breakfast.
DAY 8: ARUSHA – TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK
Depart Arusha. Start Tanzania Safari with Tarangire National Park with lunch en route. We will have an afternoon game viewing in the park upon arrival. Tarangire National Park is home to a large population of elephants. The Tarangire River is a magnet for the wildlife leaving here, such as the lions, cheetahs, buffalos, impalas, the greater and lesser kudu, Thompson’s gazelles, giraffes, elands. On occasions, the endangered fringe-eared Oryx and the shy starlings can be seen. These animals also gather in the swampy areas found in this park. Tarangire National Park is also home to over 500 species of birds. Dinner and overnight shall be at your camp or lodge
Day 9: Tarangire-Manyara
Have breakfast. Head out to Lake Manyara National Park for a thrilling game drive. The Park is rich in wildlife and scenic diverse landscape. The park is famous for its tree-climbing lions and hot water springs. The park has groundwater-fed by the water springs to support the wildlife ecosystem. Dinner and overnight at the camp or lodge.
Day 10:Manyara- Serengeti
After breakfast drive to Serengeti National Park. The park covers 14,763 square kilometres. Serengeti National Park is dominated by vast open plains with abundant wildlife. Enjoy en route picnic lunch. Thereafter, continue with the evening game drive, absorbing the breathtaking scenery of the treeless plains of Serengeti Park. Dinner and Overnight at the accommodation of your choice.
DAY 11: SERENGETI – NGORONGORO CRATER
Enjoy breakfast at the campsite, check out for the final safari drive in Serengeti National park up to noon, exit Serengeti National park, and drive to the Ngorongoro Conservancy area with a stopover at Olduvai Gorge Museum for optional activity at an extra cost of $40 per person. Arrive late evening for dinner and Overnight at the Accommodation of your choice
DAY 11:SERENGETI PARK-NGORONGORO CRATER
After breakfast exit the park with en route game drive via Olduvai Gorge with picnic lunches. Ngorongoro is a 20km wide volcanic crater with 600m walls. Enjoy breathtaking views from the crater rim and abundant wildlife due to the permanent water supply on the crater. Dinner and Overnight at the Camp Or lodge.
DAY 12: NGORONGORO CRATER – ARUSHA.
Breakfast at the campsite, check out with a picnic lunch box for the last Kenya and Tanzania budget camping safari experience in Ngorongoro crater which is a UNESCO world heritage site and one of the Seven Wonders of the World. Enjoy 6 hours game drive down the Crater Rim, a Picnic lunch, and ascend to the main gate with amazing views, exit, and drive to Arusha town arriving at the Christina Hotel late evening for check-in, booked on Bed and Breakfast.
DAY 13: ARUSHA- NAIROBI
After breakfast, meet Nature Romp safaris agent for transfer to Nairobi with a drop off at your hotel/residence or airport
